Reviewing an Observation on Mobile

If your organization's  workflow is configured to include the review process, the higher risk observations are placed into "Ready for Review" state 30 days after closing so a follow-on checkup (review) can occur. 

Press the Review Observation button 

Then fill out the Review Comment field (mandatory) to review the observation. After review, observation enters a “Closed, Reviewed” state.
