Reviewing an Observation

If your organization's  workflow is configured to include the review process, the higher risk observations are placed into "Ready for Review" state 30 days after closing so a follow-on checkup (review) can occur. Press the Review Observation button and fill out the Review Comment field (mandatory) to review the observation. After review, observation enters a “Closed, Reviewed” state.
