What is a Photo Report?

This report shows photos for the tags and time period chosen by the user. It can be used for documenting progress, sharing photo observations and for easy sharing of photos with various departments in your company.

How do I generate the report?

Start out by clicking on the Reports icon

Choose the Photo Report option in the popup window

Select a Project from the dropdown menu

Select or add to be invited a person and the job title of the person you want to send this report to and press the "plus" icon. Repeat for each additional person.

Press Next

Choose whether you want to include all photos or only those deemed by Vinnie AI as construction related. Also select the appropriate confidence level to include more or less accurate tag result in your report (applies to photos tagged by the AI only not to the tags added manually)

Next select one or more tags for the photos to be included in the report. Repeat for each tag.

Press Next once done adding tags

Select the date range (default is one day). Set report end date (most users leave it at default of today). Finally choose whether you want to send the report one time or schedule it.

Finally press send, and the report will be sent to the person(s) you have selected.

Can I schedule a Photo Report?

Once defined, user can schedule the report to receive it via email on a regular basis - daily, weekly or monthly. Reports can even be requested via Newmetrix APIs. User can create and schedule multiple reports with different configuration parameters. User can cancel a report at any time by clicking on the Unsubscribe link in the report email.
